Final Rules - Fee Disclosure

On February 3, 2012, the DOL published final regulations under ERISA Section 408(b)(2), "Reasonable Contract or Arrangement Under Section 408(b)(2)--Fee Disclosure."

The rule becomes effective on July 1, 2012 for both existing and new contracts between service provides and ERISA plans.
